Designed for organizations with 150 or fewer employees, the Health Check will review your structure, how you recruit and select employees, how they are managed and compensated, as well as your HR-related polices and compliance with applicable legislation. We will also look at other specific elements of your HR or people-management programs if there is an area of concern.
