Michael Bennett CHRL

Michael is a Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience as a recruiter, training specialist, generalist, leader and consultant. Before starting in the HR consulting and outsourcing industry in 2004, his corporate HR career spanned a variety of sectors, including financial services, industrial product sales and supply chain, manufacturing, education and executive search.

Having a solid reputation for delivering value for his clients, he is an innovative and creative problem solver. He has demonstrated the ability and flexibility to successfully work with all levels of an organization, from business owner to Board of Directors to shop floor employees.

His consulting and outsourcing experience has included full outsourcing of strategic and day-to-day HR as well as projects in organizational assessment and design, employee relations, compensation plan design, employee feedback, policy development, recruitment, training delivery and investigations.

Michael’s life-long passion for racing and commitment to helping organizations get the most out of their people, especially small to mid-sized businesses that lack internal HR resources, was the catalyst for building H3R’s motorsports practice.

Michael is a graduate of Sheridan College’s Human Resources Management Program and has completed a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University, which focused on US regulation and Human Resources Return on Investment (ROI) as well as a Certificate in Not-For-Profit Governance from the DeGroote School of Business.

Michael is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
